Marcinek Farms (Not Certified Organic)

Marcinek Farms is a small, family, niche market farm that we started in 2015 as a family homestead.  We raise Wagyu beef, Berkshire pork, poultry on pasture, free range eggs, have bees for honey, and grow some fruits and vegetables.  We also focus on value added products- cured and smoked meats and tallow skin care products.  We utilize regenerative and organic principles.  We sell direct to customers in our community at farmer's markets and through a farm to table food truck that we operate.

Marcinek Farms and Farm Services, LLC is a small developing family homestead in Jonesville, FL. We are focused on producing quality food for our family and for market. We focus on heritage livestock breeds and heirloom vegetable varieties and use organic and sustainable agricultural practices. No chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides are used. All of our livestock is free range on pasture and woodland and is antibiotic and hormone free.

We manage our bees with respect and with the bees' best interests in mind.  The hives are not moved around chasing different flowers for specific flavors- our bees produce wildflower honey from whatever is blooming in their vicinity and we do not use any herbicides or pesticides on our farm.  We minimize how often we enter the hives, leaving them to do what they do best.  When we harvest we leave the bees enough honey so that they can make it through the season naturally (especially in winter), minimizing or eliminating the need for feeding the bees an unnatural diet (sugar water).  The harvested honey is filtered and bottled in glass jars, providing a natural, raw honey product.
