General Terms of Service 

We take care to harvest, pack and carefully inspect each item to your order. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the problem is due to an item being damaged or poor quality, we will provide credit for the item on your next order or a replacement item. If possible, please take a photo of the damage to help us understand and prevent future problems. The best way to let us know is to email us at

Our goal is to provide the highest quality, freshest, and most nutritious produce possible. Members & customers understand that fruits and vegetables may not always be of exactly uniform size, or look cosmetically "perfect." If you have specific sizing or uniformity requirements please call us at 352-468-3816 to determine availability and custom pricing.

Please note, each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pickup your order, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order. A credit card is required on file for all new accounts and will be charged for fulfilled orders. If we fail to fulfill your order as agreed (for example if we have a problem delivering on the specified day or your order is not ready at the designated pick up time and location), we will refund the order or missing items as applicable. Please email us to let us know if any items are missing.

We require all Restaurants, Retailers and Wholesale Customers to accurately and honestly represent our products when using the name Frog Song Organics on any marketing materials, labels, or menus.
