Please let us know about any problems within 24 hours to receive a credit. Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition may be returned to the pickup site. If you cannot physically return the item, please take a photo and send it to help us understand the problem. The item will either be replaced with your next order, or you will receive a credit for the item. You may use our Contact Us form to communicate any problems with your order, or call us at 352-468-3816.
All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to pick up your order entirely.
Refunds are not available for orders or CSA Memberships. Your membership (and any remaining credit for undistributed shares) is transferable to online market credit, or to another person. The only exception to this policy is if we must cancel a site due to low enrollment, or if we are unable to fulfill the delivery to a specific location due to logistical constraints. If we cannot deliver as promised to a specific location, we will offer you alternative sites and if none are acceptable we will refund your membership in full.
