Rainbow Star Farm is run by Paul and Donna Miller. For decades they have produced regeneratively grown fruits and vegetables for our community in Alachua County. Rainbow Star Farm uses regenerative practices of grazing animals, cover cropping, and applications of compost and manure. All practices follow the National Organic Program. Rainbow Star Farm is currently in transition to obtain their organic certification. For over three years their land has been free of materials prohibited in the National Organic Program.
