TendWell Farm grows, packages and ships certified organic produce from our farm locations in Western North Carolina  throughout the Southeast, and beyond.

TendWell Farm is a family-run, first generation, certified USDA organic farm in NC with humble beginnings. Danielle Hutchison and Steven Beltram have been growing and producing organic vegetables for over two decades. What started as a small farm dream on .25 acres  has grown to over 200 acres of organic production in the past 10 years.

Our farm prides itself on providing well-paying, morally healthy employment opportunities for people near and far. We are proud to employ 40-60 migrant workers each year in addition to our year round employees. Our employees are the life line of our farm – none of what we do would be possible without them.

Regenerative farming is farming in harmony with nature.

We are committed to rehabilitating the current food system through regenerative practices, including topsoil restoration, increasing biodiversity, improving water sheds, enhancing ecosystems, combating climate change and supporting farm worker fairness.
