Clem's Organic Gardens

Clem’s Organic Gardens grows certified organic vegetables just outside of Brevard, NC on about 5 acres of rich bottomland along the Davidson River. They focus mainly on storage vegetables (potatoes, beets, winter squash, carrots, turnips, and radishes) along with spring/fall lettuce and brassicas. In 2017 owner Clem Swift came on to the land with hopes of establishing a profitable, small-scale wholesale organic farm. By using organic practices, caring for the soil, and emphasizing quality of their produce, they've been able to do just that!
